Applications close on Monday 7th July at 10am. All applicants will be contacted by 5pm on Thursday 10th July.     Looking for: Their buyers are from Co-ops incubator programme 'The apiary.’ They are looking for suppliers who place their values, ethics and principles at the heart of their business, as well as demonstrating they go ‘above and beyond’ to be an impactful purpose led business. They are open to products across chilled, ambient and frozen temperature regimes. Suppliers must be accredited by or working towards SALSA as a minimum.

Frequently asked Questions

  • As long as you have a ticket for the event, you can apply to as many retailers as you like! If you get selected to pitch, no worries - we’ll make sure your slots do not overlap.

  • If your application has been successful, you'll receive an email by 5pm on 10th July with a dedicated time slot during the Festival for a one to one meeting with the buyer you applied to. You can be selected by more than one retailer and receive multiple time slots.

  • On the day (15th and 16th July) you’ll have a ten minute one to one meeting with the buyer(s).

    Make your way to the pitching area at least 10 minutes before your time slot to register with the pitching usher.

    You are welcome to bring samples and a presentation if you wish but please be aware that there are no storage or prep facilities available at the venue.

  • Yes, pitching time slots will be allocated across the two days of the Festival. Your ticket is good for both days of the Festival.

  • Anyone joining to pitching to retailers MUST have their own ticket. If you wanted to bring a team member along to the pitch, each of you would need your own individual ticket.

  • YES. Only applications with an associated Eventbrite order confirmation and ticket will have their applications considered.

  • Don’t be! We’re hosting a workshop all about pitching to retailers for all Festival ticket holders before applications are due. More details to follow.
